Our Team
Our staff will welcome you at the campsite and help you settle in. You can ask them for help or just chat with them at any time.
Check-in
At your arrival please check-in at the campsite reception with your voucher/reservation confirmation. The staff will help you find your way to your accommodation.
Check-in and check-out time
The check-in time is usually from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and the check-out time is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Late or early check-out time is sometimes possible and should be arranged with our representative at the campsite. In such cases an additional cleaning fee has to be paid (for check-outs before 8 a.m.).
Parking
Usually you can park your vehicle next to your accommodation (except at the Solaris Beach Resort). If you have two vehicles, the second vehicle must be registered at reservation and will usually be charged extra.
Vacations with your baby
In order to provide the best possible stay for you and your baby, we offer you a baby package with equipment for rent: a baby travel bed, feeding chair and baby bath. Please mention you want the baby package upon reservation. The baby’s bed doesn’t fit in the parents’ sleeping room in most of the accommodation units, and has to be kept in the living room. In certain accommodation units the bed in the children’s room can be transformed into a baby bed (with rails). Our staff will provide you with additional information and help.
Special wishes
If you have a special wish (two accommodation units next to each other, etc.), feel free to contact us to make it happen.
Bed linen rental
Save up on space in your trunk – you can rent your bed linen for an additional fee (see pricelist). Bed linen packages include one large towel per person.
Campsite rules and regulations
All campsites have their rules and regulations which must be adhered to, otherwise you will be asked to leave the campsite. Please follow the rules and regulations to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests. Guests who break these rules will be excluded from the campsite without refund.
Final clean-up
Is to be paid obligatory according to our pricelist.
Barbecuing
Most campsites allow barbecuing and our representative will lend you a grill on request. Please ask for a grill in advance, i.e. “reserve” it.
Pets
Pets are usually not allowed in accommodation units out of consideration for our guests who may have allergies. At certain campsites you can book an accommodation unit where pets are allowed. Please inform the campsite that you will be bringing a pet upon reservation, since most campsites charge an additional fee.
Insects
It is possible that during your stay you will have to contend with insects, most often with mosquitoes and ants, especially if there are trees and water next to the mobile home. We recommend you store your food in closed containers and close the doors and windows properly. You can ask our representatives for insect repellents, if you need them.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax and the registration fee are not included in the price and must be paid on arrival at the campsite’s reception or directly to our representative in certain campsites. The tourist tax amounts in the pricelist are provided for information purposes only, as the tourist tax changes according to season and destination.
Security deposit
Before entering the accommodation unit please leave a security deposit of 100 € with our representative. The security deposit will be refunded at your departure if you haven’t caused any damages, and if you do the final clean-up yourself or pay for it.
Low season services
Every campsite lists its opening and closing dates. During low season the use of certain amenities and services, such as swimming pools, stores and entertainment programs, may be limited, while other amenities are only available during high season. Prices are more affordable during low season for that very reason.
Liability
Knaus Adriatic is not liable in any way for any loss or theft of your valuables and/or money, damages which occurred during your stay at the accommodation unit, and any injuries. Furthermore, Knaus Adriatic is not liable in any way for the purchase of merchandise, food and daytrips from unauthorized persons which are not employed by the campsite or street vendors.

The reservation confirmation will always be sent to you in written form (by email, fax or mail).
Payment method
A prepayment of 20% is to be paid upon booking and the rest of the amount 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking cancellation
If the guest cancels the booking:
For cancellations made
– up to 45 days before arrival, a 10% cancellation fee of the total cost applies
– 44 to 28 days before arrival, a 60% cancellation fee of the total cost applies
– 28 days before arrival, an 85% cancellation fee of the total cost applies.
– on arrival date or in case of no-show, the total cost of the booking will be charged
Cancellations are accepted only in written form.
